Create your User Roles
Calipso's customization features are not limited to workflows, but allow the creation and management of different roles per Space, each one imposing specific user rights per workflow step and information field. Monitor your Tasks
A task in Calipso is called Item. Users can view the history of an Item and get involved by entering status changes, comments, user details, dates etc. according to the Item's workflow and access rights configuration. Team collaboration is further enhanced with document management; users can upload, review and distribute documents to an Item according to it's workflow. Email integration allows an alternative way to submit an Item and provides notifications with role-aware history for the appropriate users.

Calipso enables users to search, create reports and export any dataset based on fully dynamic search criteria based on the information fields of each Space. Know your Assets
Calipso allows the definition of your asset types and their properties. For example, you can create and manage assets like hardware, contracts, software, buildings, apartments, studios, vehicles etc. You can then link those assets to specific tasks in your workflow spaces, thus managing and monitoring advanced business processes as tasks. With user defined Asset Types and their properties, your Issue Items are always relevant and with easy access to an asset's history.
