The management and protection of personal data that belong to website visitor of Abiss.gr  (hereafter referred to as the "Company"), fall under the terms of the present agreement as well as the relevant provisions of the Greek Legislation (L. 2472 / 1997, L. 2779/99, Presidential Degree 207 / 1998. Presidential Degree 79 / 2000 and art. 8, L. 2819 / 2000), the decisions of the Data Protection Authority and the European legislation (Directive 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC). The Company provides assurance as to the registration and maintenance of your personal data in a secure database (central server) and as to the implementation of all necessary measures for safeguarding the personal properties of the particular data, which shall never be disclosed to third parties, except if explicitly requested by the Law or competent Authorities.

The process of personal data by the Company (for which the visitor provides his/her consent and which is considered occurring only through the use of the webpage) shall take place only for communication and statistical analysis purposes, as well as for the improvement of services offered by the Company.
