- The Unlimited tier offers a fixed cost solution for an entire year with no surprises, regardless of how many servers/installations are deployed. The offering applies to organizations or local branches with up to 400 employees. If you are interested in the Unlimited tier offering but do not meet the requirements contact us for a custom quote.
- Business hours: 09:00-17:00 GMT+2.
- Business days according to Greek holiday calendar.
- Emergency is an incident with Severity 1
- Pricing Notes:
- A flat 40% discount applies to countries included within the IMF Emerging and Developing Economies list.
- A 20% discount applies to Greece, Ireland, Portugal and Spain in addition to the volume discount bellow.
- A 5% volume discount is calculated per additional server/year (i.e. 5, 10, 15 etc.) for up to 5 servers or years.
- VAT and other charges may apply depending on your country.
