Search and Reporting Tools in Calipso

Calipso includes powerful search and reporting tools. You can search any or all spaces, according to your access rights of course. Your search criteria can map directly to custom fields created for a space, allowing you to express any filters that are meaningful to your business. You can also save search criteria, thus creating reports you can run any time. Search results can be exported for further processing by spreadsheet software like MS Excel or OpenOffice.org Calc.
